We are pleased to invite our members to attend the 118th AGM of the Society. If you are unable to attend in person, you can still cast your votes either online or by post or by appointing a Proxy.

The Society’s Annual Report & Accounts and the Business Review Document (including the Summary Financial Statements and AGM Notice) for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 are available to view here.

What is an AGM?

An Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for you to have your voice heard. As a member of our Society, you’re a vital part of deciding how we’re run, from re-electing members of our board to deciding which local community organisations we support.

The Board of Directors will be present at the AGM to give an overview of the performance of the Society for the year ended 31 December 2024 and answer any questions you may have for them about the Society.

If you’re able to join us in person, you’ll be able to meet with members of our board and ask any questions you might have about the Society. If you’d like to learn about who our Directors are, take a look here: Buckinghamshire Building Society.

What do you need to do?

Very shortly, you’ll receive your AGM pack, either in the post or via email, in which you’ll receive more information about our Society and on how to vote.

Together we look forward to serving you
